P90x grad in 2 days:)

Yeah doing my last 2 workouts of p90x so happy. With finishing insanity almost 2 weeks ago and now p90x i feel so much better then i ever have.
So what is next well i keep fighting the urge to beging insanity again haha.
Im gonna go Turbo Jam but with a few changes on ab days ill be swapping out cardio abs and insane abs so ill have 3 differet ab workouts to choose from.
So ill be starting that here soon. I have had such a great time with all of these so far i just want more and more.
Gonna do that for probly 60days then ill see if im still enjoying it ill go another month. Then ill get ready to do round 2 of insanity.
Adjusting my diet to be alot cleaner and also looking into the body bug. I really want to know more about it and i like that you always wear it and can keep track of everything i know it is a bit costy but i am pretty set on getting it here soon. It sounds great and help hit goals and take even less thinking or wondering where im at since it tells you.

INsanity p90x What is next?

Well i am now a insanity grad yeah... Results were really good and i love insanity so much. If you are ready for a big challange then it is for you..
Have a week left of p90x then i will be a grad of that to. Been a really good 90days and Everything is looking up.
Redid my diet for the next couple weeks and still keeping it lower calories as it seems to be working really well and im not running out of steam so why change it!
Today i go turbo jam so im gonna go and give that a shot as it looks really fun and a nice change from insanity and p90x..

Also went and got agave for my syrup and it is amazing. Taste so good now i can make my bars again..

Insanity last day before fit test..

Well tomorrow is my last day of insanity fit test #5 and im so happy.
Ive seen a lot of changes in my body and love what this program has done. I cant wait to get started on round 2!
Today i just finished my dvd i had to record for insanity infomercial and i have to say with the video recorder running it seemed to push me just a little bit more! But it was great and i have lots of clips and then had to do the interview.. I really hope they like what they see and hear would be great to have a spot.
And the other day i called beachbody and found out you can order insanity deluxe upgrade so i will be getting that soon i cant wait to get it!
For the last couple weeks i have dropped my calories by about 400. The first couple days was horrible i was so hungry so often. But then i got use to it and have been doing great, really feel like im slimming down a bit better since i started doing that. So i think ill keep it this way for a while and see how it goes. If needed i will raise it but for now it is working so i will keep it.
Well that is it for now keep digging deep and will have a update again soon.

SHAKEOLOGY PROTEIN BAR

-1 cup oat flour, if you can't find oat flour just grind up oatmeal in your coffee grinder or food processor (that's what I did)
-1 scoop Shakeology, chocolate or greenberry
-1 tbsp ground flaxseed (if you can't find it or don't have it, omit it...if you have it whole, use your coffee grinder)
-1 tbsp wheat germ (if you can't find it or don't have it, omit it)
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-2 tsp cinnamon
-1/8 tsp nutmeg
-3 egg whites
-3/4 cup sweetner, like splenda or some other sugar substitute (I used a generic brand)
-1/2 cup ricotta cheese
-2 jars of baby food carrots, find one that has the least amount of carbs

1) Preheat oven to 350
2) Spray a 8x8 backing dish or pan
3) In a large bowl mix the flour/oatmeal, shakeology, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, flaxseed, and wheat germ
4) In a smaller bowl whisk the egg whites and sweetener until foamy and disolved
5) Add the ricotta cheese and baby food and whisk until well blended
6) Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and whisk until well blended
7) Pour into prepared baking dish and bake for 20-26 minutes...or until it's set

Now next time I make these I'm going to try adding a tbsp of cocoa powder to the dry ingredients....feel free to do this.

This recipe will make 16 bars and you can have two as a serving....enjoy after your workout or as a healthy snack!
