Hey yeah its been awhile since a update but everything is going pretty good.
Ive been doing insanity weight training 3 days a week then some sort of cardio riding a bike at the gym doing insanity p90x turbo jam rev abs chaxtreme different cardio workouts from all of them and its actully been kinda neat i might come up with a twisted version that uses all of those!
Kinda combo of everything as im just waiting to see how my foot and everything is going.
Oct sucked i was sick from about the 8th till just about nov 1st.
My b-day was the 25th of oct and i didnt do anything cause i was to sick bah... So just getting into doing some things to get back into things and having fun doing it. Love insanity upper body it is so fun and intense and everything you xpect from insanity hehe..
Well hope everyone has a good week and a nice turkey day:) Will be back with more updates after the weekend and hopefully have my mind set on what i want to do. THink im gonna give revabs a full go and do nothing else but that. But well see:)
